Counselling offers a confidential space to think more clearly about what is happening, understand recurring patterns, and work towards meaningful change. I offer individual counselling and relationship counselling in Bridge of Allan and online.
Individual Counselling
Individual counselling provides a one to one space to address anxiety, stress, low mood, grief, trauma related concerns, relationship difficulties, and other personal challenges. The work focuses on understanding what is maintaining distress, developing clearer ways of thinking about the problem, and supporting practical change over time.
Relationship Counselling
Couples often arrive feeling stuck in the same arguments, disconnection, or resentment. Therapy helps identify the patterns driving those problems and supports more constructive communication, clearer boundaries, and better understanding.
NeuroPsychotherapy
Neuropsychotherapy refers to psychotherapy informed by current understanding of brain, behaviour, attachment, and emotional regulation. In practice, this means paying attention to how patterns become established and how change can occur gradually through reflection, experience, and repeated practice.
